Olympus Schoonmaak provides commercial cleaning for offices and business premises in Amsterdam. We organise the work from Almere, with a location-specific work plan, regular cleaners and prepared cover when someone is away.

Larger floor areas and recurring cleaning offer economies of scale. Your monthly estimate accounts for this directly.
How does this monthly estimate work?
Floor area and visits determine the estimate through one continuous pricing rule. More frequent cleaning allows tasks to be spread across visits. This frequency benefit also applies to the minimum for small offices. The monthly price increases while the price per recurring visit becomes more favourable.
The minimum starts at €400.00 per month for one visit per week. For your choice of 1× per week, the minimum is €400.00 per month. More frequent cleaning is therefore not multiplied in direct proportion.
The scaling factors and minimum rules are commercial model choices, not proven industry standards. Tasks, usage and delivery arrangements are confirmed in the final proposal.

Office cleaning is our main specialism. We also provide cleaning of business premises and shared areas. Window cleaning, floor maintenance, carpet cleaning and periodic deep cleaning can be discussed as separate, clearly described parts of the proposal.

PRACTICAL CONTROL

The Olympus Werkapp supports task instructions and reporting. A locked room or another deviation can be recorded so it can be assessed. Weshall organises the next step and location instructions are updated where needed.
Access passes, locking up, material storage and a contact for changes are agreed before the work starts. Cleaning during or outside office hours is discussed against your working day and the staffing required.

Are you based in Amsterdam?
We serve business customers in Amsterdam and organise operations from Almere. Our visiting address, by appointment, is Televisieweg 2A, 1322 AC Almere.
Do you clean private homes?
No. This service is for offices, business premises and organisations. We do not provide domestic home cleaning.
Can we combine regular cleaning and additional services?
Yes. We can discuss window cleaning, floor maintenance, carpet cleaning or periodic work alongside the regular programme. Each part has its own scope and scheduling; it is not automatically included in the regular price.
