How does this monthly estimate work?
Floor area and visits determine the estimate through one continuous pricing rule. More frequent cleaning allows tasks to be spread across visits. This frequency benefit also applies to the minimum for small offices. The monthly price increases while the price per recurring visit becomes more favourable.
The minimum starts at €400.00 per month for one visit per week. For your choice of 1× per week, the minimum is €400.00 per month. More frequent cleaning is therefore not multiplied in direct proportion.
The scaling factors and minimum rules are commercial model choices, not proven industry standards. Tasks, usage and delivery arrangements are confirmed in the final proposal.

WHAT INFLUENCES THE PRICE
The work determines the proposal.
Floor area and layout, occupancy, washrooms, pantry areas, frequency and working hours affect the staffing required. Floor materials, additional maintenance and agreed materials also influence the scope.
The calculator uses floor area and frequency for one consistent indication. Ordinary cleaning products and work materials are included. Specialist services, exceptional logistics and optional consumables are separate. We confirm the work and price in the proposal.

Before you decide.
Do I need to share contact details before seeing the price?
No. Enter the area to be cleaned and choose the visits per week. Your monthly indication appears first. Requesting that calculation requires only company name, contact name, email and phone number.
What if I do not know the area or need another service?
Use the existing introduction route for a discussion without a calculation. Specialist cleaning and sites outside the calculator range are assessed separately. The office calculator does not automatically price those services.
Does sending the form confirm a start date?
No. The scope, staffing, access and handover must first be agreed. The start is coordinated after you agree to the proposal.
